We ship worldwide, free of charge, with duties and taxes included, from our workshop in Changsha, China.

Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

Personalized items (initials, dates, plate numbers) ship within 3–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or Chinese public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

United States and Canada: 7–12 business days

Europe (EU and UK): 6–10 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days

Middle East: 6–10 business days

Rest of world: 10–18 business days

All orders travel by air. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance can add several days.

Free worldwide, with no minimum order.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the final price. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are included, and there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Shipping is DDP (delivered duty paid). We declare the accurate value of every parcel and handle clearance through our shipping partner.

If a parcel is held or returned because of a customs issue on our side, we will reship it or refund you in full.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when your parcel leaves the workshop.

Your first tracking scan usually appears within 36 hours of dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 21 days, we will treat the parcel as lost and reship or refund it.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the cost of the new shipping label.
