Important: Our items are custom laser-engraved leather goods. Once engraved, they cannot be resold.

If something is wrong

If you receive a defective item — broken leather, loose stitching, or the wrong item — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We will replace it free of charge or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.

Engraved items

We do not accept returns or refunds because you no longer like the engraved pattern or style you confirmed before production.

Unengraved items

Blank, unengraved pouches may be returned if unused and resellable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a small handling fee is deducted.

Leather grain

Natural grain and slight colour variation in top-grain cowhide are characteristics of the material, not defects.

Shipping damage

Damage caused in transit must be reported with proof immediately on receipt.
