Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number, used to process, produce, ship your order and provide after-sales support.

Payment details: we do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PingPong and PayPal, which handle card data under their own privacy policies.

Custom files: icons or images you upload for laser engraving are used only to produce your order. We do not reuse them for any other purpose, and we delete them periodically once the order is complete.

Website data: cookies and similar technologies for basic site functions, analytics and advertising.

2. How we use your data

Your information is used only for order confirmation, production, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal or tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose it only to service providers who need it to do their work — payment, shipping, email, analytics — or where required by law.

3. How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting. Customer support messages: 3 years. Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: about 14 months.

4. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Email support@fobhaus.com; we reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information.

Our site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries.

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure and improve the site.
