Who we are

The site is operated by Fobhaus, Changsha, Hunan, China.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

Our products are made from natural top-grain leather and finished by hand. Colour, grain and thickness vary between hides and between pieces. These variations are a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

We photograph products as accurately as we can, but screens display colour differently.

Key fit information is provided for each product. If you are unsure which case fits your key, contact us before ordering — we will confirm it.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the product, shipping and any applicable import duties and taxes. Shipping is free worldwide and delivered duty paid (DDP), as described in our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale.

If we cancel an order, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns and warranty

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Fobhaus name, logo, product designs, photographs and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape content at scale, or to place fraudulent orders.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Returns and Refunds policy, products are provided without additional warranties. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Changsha, Hunan, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
